I am so excited to share these photos on my newborn photography blog. Isla Sofia was long awaited and long planned for. Her mama is a fellow San Antonio Photographer who specializes in wedding photography here in Texas, she contacted me years ago to tell me she loved my work. She said, “I’m not pregnant yet, but I hope that one day you’ll take my baby’s photos!”

What an amazing compliment!

Needless to say when she contacted me to let me know she was expecting and was ready to book, we were both other the moon!

A match made in Heaven! and she was expecting a girl, which made it all the more fun for me!

Mama was nervous the day of her session, most moms are. They worry if baby will sleep, how their session will go, rest assured I always get poses from baby, especially when mama brings me a tired and well fed baby.

I had so much fun getting to do any colors and any setups that I liked for her! I always feel so empowered when clients trust me,

not only with their most precious little ones but with the entire session.
