Recently, I had the joy of welcoming the sweetest newborn into my in-home photography studio near San Antonio for a calm and cozy newborn session. At just a couple of weeks old, this little one slept so peacefully, allowing us to capture some truly timeless images.

A Comfortable In-Home Studio Experience My in-home newborn photography studio was created to give families a relaxed, welcoming space designed specifically for newborn sessions. Located just outside San Antonio, the studio is warm, quiet, and fully stocked with everything we need for beautiful newborn portraits.

During this session, we captured: • Classic wrapped newborn poses • Sweet sleepy portraits on soft neutral backdrops • Close-up detail shots of tiny fingers and toes • Special moments with big brother, mom and dad.

Because my studio is designed for newborn photography, everything is set up to keep babies safe, comfortable, and sleepy throughout the session.

The Best Time for Newborn Photography Newborn sessions are typically scheduled when babies are between 14-20 days old. During this time they tend to sleep deeply and naturally curl into those adorable newborn poses parents love. As a San Antonio newborn photographer, I recommend booking your newborn session during your second or even third trimester to ensure availability.

Once baby arrives, we simply finalize the exact date.
