This is not the first time I’ve photographed this sweet family and I am sure it will not be my last. They are expecting a baby boy and so we headed out to one of my favorite sunset locations to capture their love in this intimate sun drenched Maternity Session. 

During any of my sessions I ask that the parents touch one another, I like to see their love shine through in photographs and having them touch and hold one another makes it easy to see how they feel about one another.

I remember when I was about to have my second baby, I was terrified that I wouldn’t love her as much as I loved my first. But my heart just grew. The moment I laid eyes on my new daughter I felt my heart grow. The same was true when I had my third daughter, I suppose that the more children we have the larger our hearts become. 

All the kisses for her new baby brother. I am sure Evelyn is going to be an amazing big sister. Daddy daughter time is important too. 

The last bits of sunlight that dance through the trees is my favorite time. If only it lasted more than a few moments.
